An innovative way to reach all of your customers and provide them with an opportunity to shop 100% of the products listed within each booth. Each vendor will be assigned a booth displaying their logo. Our Virtual Show Product offers unlimited vendor participation for one low price.

Provide your customers with up to four (4) weeks of booking time. The "New Items" booth will allow customers to view new products within one centralized location. New products will also be listed within the specific vendor booth and identified with a "New Item" icon which will bring added visibility to new products.

A screen of a customer's historical purchases will be available for ease of ordering. Items that are a part of a historical purchase will also be highlighted accordingly within the vendor's booth. Highlighting historical purchases also provides an opportunity for Sales Representatives to identify potential new business by directing customers to "target" items being featured in the show which the customers are not currently purchasing from your company. Products targeted in this way are added to the top of the history page and highlighted in a different color for easy identification.

Our Virtual Show program provides an easy two (2) step ordering process with the shopping cart method which most individuals can identify with. The flow is easy to follow and provides many features and benefits all located within one screen. Customers are able to take their time shopping through every booth without being pressured by short timelines or feeling intimidated by chat lines. We understand that customers can become frustrated with technology they do not understand and this is the reason why we went directly to the end user when programming our Virtual Show program.

Our design concept is to take the familiarity of online shopping that everyone is familiar with and then customize the process for food and convenience store distributors to help streamline the ordering process. Judging from the feedback we receive from our users, we feel that we have accomplished this goal so far. We also constantly work to improve upon what is currently in place to make our system as user-friendly as possible.

We even offer an Offline Version of our programs which allows customers in poor web service areas to gain the ability to participate in and enjoy benefits of the programs.

Through the Virtual Show, customers are able to post real time messages to Manufacturers, Sales Reps or anyone within your staff using the message center which is included. We have even included a link with each item that adds the ability for the customer to easily send a message about a specific item to their sales rep just with a single click. Sales Reps and Manufacturers will be able to respond accordingly to the message in an efficient manner and spend only a fraction of the time they would spend having to tend to a chat line.

The Virtual Show concept can be utilized in two ways; either as a stand-alone Virtual Show or in conjunction with a live Trade Show. Utilizing the virtual show in conjunction with a Trade Show will allow customers to view and purchase regularly stocked products and/or Trade Show deals prior to attending the show. This gives customers quality time to spend at the trade show to speak with manufacturers about new items, concepts, etc. After the Trade Show is over, you have the option to allow customers to login again and take advantage of new deals they saw at the show or see all the products they may have missed. Regardless if you are planning a large or small Trade Show, our Virtual Show program is a powerful tool designed to help you get results!
